Hey guys
Every time I try to manual save my game, this message comes up (see picture)
I can't do anything else other than press accept, can someone please help and tell me what to do?

some games sometimes dont let you manual save at every point. Something to keep in mind it is abit annoying but if you want to make more saves just do it before you start a quest
