I’m at the end of the quest, I have both blocks in place, I’ve fire/iced them and the hidden door won’t open. Anyone know why.

Are you absolutely sure you have the blocks matched to the correct platforms and that you are using the correct spells? I'm pretty sure one of those blocks is a Levioso one, not a fire/ice one.
