Is there a reason why my extra Griffin mount and Dark Arts Pack Codes say they are not available I have these on pc as well could that be why?

Are they codes FOR PC?

Because you can only get the deluxe edition things by getting the deluxe edition ON that particular platform you buy it on they are spent shared

No these codes were included on my switch edition I linked my wizarding world account to my switch

Did you buy the game in the same country your switch account is set to? Or did you get it from somewhere else! (Like eBa)

my switch is america and it was a gift so im not sure

And where was the game bought from?

The codes are region locked so you’ll have to change your switch account location to use them

The small text on the code might indicate where it’s from.

Looking online some had French on their odes so setting their switch account to being located in france let them use the codes
