Does anyone know anything about the boarded house on spire alley, upon revelio it glows blue like I should be able to interact with it but nothing is happening? I’ve read somewhere else there should be an house elf outside for a quest, however I’ve no house elf either. Playing on PS5.

I've seen that too, on PS4. I tried blasting the door open, using Depulso, etc. Nothing happened. It's weird.

It’s part of the Haunted Hogsneade thing but the quest won’t be available until mid Winter in game. Keep playing through the main quests until you get a quest called Minding Your Own Business
