Does anyone know how I can fix these visual bugs? I tried just about everything

Bugs? I see no bugs. Just an awesome-looking dark brown/black broom with a bright red, glowing, fiery tail.

it shows up when i look at my wand as well. pretty sure its a bug.

only thing i would suggest is ensuring updates on your xbox and possibly your tv?
