Cant find location of this quest

I cant find a way to navigate to this quest, anyone knows?

I don’t know the controls for pc but press the button so that a golden line or something will guide you to your marked destination

Can you open your map and roll over it? that should tell you which one it is and then maybe we can help

it doesnt appear on the map when i open it

could it be a bug? i need one more side/quest for the book

You don’t have the quest or you need to track it in the quests menu

Click the black flag, quest indicators only show up in specific regions
