The story isn't progressing and I can't save right now?

I've defeated all the enemies, so I don't understand why I can't progress.

There must still be an enemy somewhere, you still have the due list fears up and there’s still an area circled on your mini map.

Try using Revelio and looking around, they may be stuck somewhere

If that doesn’t work, try reloading an earlier save or leave Feldcroft until you get a countdown telling you to go back, let the countdown run out then reload from checkpoint
