Hello, I bought the game via Steam and when I first started the game it was crashing all the time. When I researched it, they said that starting from the old save works and it worked. Now I have completed 80% of the game, I am almost at the end of the story and suddenly it started to crash again and opening from the old save doesn't work anymore, so I thought maybe it would work. I deleted and reinstalled twice, it didn't work, I don't know what to do, I can't play the game I bought, please someone help. 🙏🏻

sadly thats how the game is on PC. not much we can do except hope WB comes out with an update since many people have been reporting this issue including me. This is the only game i have experienced a crash with so far.. :/

May I ask, are you on a 30x0 or 40x0 card? Optimisation is the worst on those cards

I played the game a few months ago and yesterday i had to reset windows. i installed all drivers, updated mainboard etc. and today i installed the game. I cannot get past the first 10% of the first initial progressbar. Either the game crashes or my pc completely freezes.
Do you think this is related to HL or something different.

Check how much space you have on the driver
I played a game and it froze a lot turns out it was because a need of space on the driver (I haven’t played hl on pc)

The SSD is nearly empty
I fixed it with windows's compatibility tool, idk what exactly it did, but now it works

This is driving me insane! HL keeps crashing on me, too! What's weirder still, is even though it crashed, somehow, it's still running! Grrr! I blame Nintendo Switch for this!
