#Collectibles at 602/603 since launch

I gave up on the platinum trophy when the game launched because I had all chests opened and I was stuck at 602/603 collectibles (According to the game, I'm missing one collectible wand)

I've tried every single option I've found but no success at all.

I re-downloaded the game because I read that last June there were some patches regarding collectibles (last time I tried was in May), but still nothing.

I really wanted the game platinum, but I'm not going for all the 603 collectibles again.

Has anyone faced the same problem and was able to overcome it? Thanks 🙂

A wand handle?? That's odd, the only problem I've ever encountered/seen other people have has been with conjurations. Does your chest counter on your map say you have everything?
