So I have got all of the collection chests in Hogwarts, hogsmead, and the highlands, and vivariums I’ve also bought all of the ones from the shop but I’m still missing four any help?

Have you made absolutely certain to find all fifteen butterfly swarms? Those aren't counted under the collection chest tracker.

Is there a literal way to check cus I went to all of the areas and used revelio and no icon came up

There's a few guides on YouTube that can help, you'd have to visit every location one by one to make sure though

Failing that, I'm afraid the only way I was able to fix that bug was by deleting and remaking my character entirely.

But also, make sure you have claimed your challenge rewards. That trips some people up.
