I'm level 8 and can't progress the story without the summoning charm. My question is where do I find it?

??? You learn the Summoning Charm in Charms Class, it should've added itself to your spell slots individually?????

No I never learned it. I received accio from charms class.

Yes. Pull on every handle you see to free all the jackdaws and some gold pouches too.

Make sure you look on both floors and from every angle. Use Revelio to catch the ones you may miss, it shows even through walls.
