Prepare shaders and stuck after i bought new ram from 16gb to 32.
#Need help with the game after it got no responding on the preparation of shader. Dont open anymore.

Few steps that fix it every time.
Make sure the game is not running in the background. If it is - kill it.
Go to ‘C:\Users<your-user>\AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved’ and delete everything except for the ‘SaveGames’ folder (if you have it)
Next go to ‘C:\ProgramData\Hogwarts Legacy’ and delete everything except for the ‘NotAllowedUnattendedBugReports’ file
Start the game and it should take some time to properly prepare the shader cache for real this time and let you in
