#My Hogwarts Game Keeps Crashing! This didn't happen before, what should I do?

Hi! My game keeps crashing I don't get why. This didn't happen before it is something very recent. I verified the game files on steam, updated graphics driver, and when those didn't work - I reinstalled the game; However, despite those efforts it's still crashes. I play the game on high graphics and didn't have an issue so I'm assuming it isnt that. I didn't have a problem woth Ram before either so I don't think so. I would start in the room of requirements and once I teleport to a world map - either while it is loading or shortly after - my game crashes. What should I do? IDK where to ask so I am typing in general aaa any help is appreciated!I honestly dunno why this is happening :(

couple of posts online saying to lower your graphics settings (shadows primarily to low/med) another alternative to possibly try is to run it in compatibility mode on win 8 . Other suggestions seem abit complicated but you need to go through geforce experience and lower/disable rtx settings there

abit hard to suggest things with no error messages and such sadly

glad you both were able to fix it that was the only solution i could find for similar issues online.

assumed the vram solution worked for you both i cant say since i have no issues with my game
