Today I tried to go play my main character who is a level 38 so that I could go complete some of the quests but it’s not allowing me to play her. I clicked on my other three characters and they’ve all worked but my main character hasn’t been letting me play. I’m wondering if anybody knows how to fix that or knows what I need to do so that I can continue playing her so I can finish her story line.

do you have your game files (worlds) saved on the cloud (in both epic games and steam this is automated process but some people just end it while its still syncing)
also are you using any type of modification for the game? because if yes its not really allowed and it migth be causing that

I have one mod which hasn't caused any problems and they are saved on cloud. I took the mod out and it still didn't work as well

well modifications may occasionally corrupt game files which is part of the reasons you shouldn't use them
