If your avatar has a scarf that drapes over the shoulder or long hair (both act the same), they clip through a cape asset. This happens on ps4/ps5 on all graphics performance modes. Easy to see/duplicate with the dark arts scarf and the legendary cape, or a female avatar with long hair that’s not in a bun and any cape — runic, Druid, legendary, etc.
