game keeps freezing at loading shaders and i can't make a ticket

dang, almost 6k mb? that's A LOT...the only thing i can think of something you can do is this, so go through everything till you can get to settings, i know it'll be a pain because of the freezing, but once you can pause the game and go to settings or maybe from the main menu, can't remember, then you wanna adjust yo settings to something where it won't freeze like that

like a lower setting or something
