Hello there! I have had trouble trying to complete the room with a view achievement and also the last secret across the office. I can't unlock the doors from the outside with alohomora. Anyone know what I can do?

I do, I'm at the point where I managed to get everything else from the rest of the valley but not hogwarts. The doors from the outside don't have locks like in the videos I checked they are just blue.

also worth noting the game doesn't exactly let you get on the balcony anymore, but there is a spot you can

alright now if you get nearer to the door and just look at the dest to the left of you there should be a door possibly locked leading to balcony, go through that door, through the balcony to another door, get through that other door, use revelio and the key should be there @jovial surge

because I belive this might not work till third trial if Im not mistaken might be a different trial
though if this is what I think it is you probably wont be able to enter the room so Im not sure

for me it does work (Im on pc in latest version) but yes you can try to make a ticket and ask about this

it seems I have encountered more bugs than most of my friends so I wouldn't be surprised if it was also a bug

@wild vapor Hello again! Just a little update. I reached out to support and they told me to try verifying the file integrity and also reinstalling the game. None of the above did the trick so I am waiting for more news. I am only updating you in case you are wondering about this issue as much as I do, so let me know if you want another update or not xD

well I'm not sure how it works there then but, I'm on epic games so I can just right click the game, click verify files then it will just make sure all of the files are the way they are supposed to be and none or corrupted or something
so you should probably do that if you hadn't already and if it still doesn't work try saving your world on your computer (if you want I can send video explaining) and then reinstalling the game and putting your world back in the game

@wild vapor I did already verify the integrity of the files and found no corrupted ones. As for the second, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, steam does have a cloud, is what you are suggesting different?
