Quest: Shadow of the study won't appear

Hi! I'm stuck because I'm trying to start the quest shadow of the study. But its not appearing, I've already completed shadow of the bloodline and also the Hippogriff rescue quest. But still it won't appear. Im trying to learn the crucio spell and this is what unlocks it but its not appearing. Someone please help

it might not appear instantly after you've finished the quest before, try to continue with main story line a bit (trials) and it might help it

also can you add tag of how console you are using? (pc / playstation / xbox)

Oh yes. Sorry I always forget to do that. I'm on pc, even though I only have like half the ram it recommends I have somehow it still plays decently well. I eventually got it to appear. I was flying to a side quest and hadn't finished it yet, and while in the air I got the owl letter. My guess is that it also depends on the time of day in game
