That's right, I already learned all the spells (except Avada Kedabra), and done the Fire and Vice quest in winter. I have noticed that during the game some missions in the list appeared as ''???????'', but I have gone to the place where the mission is and it does not start, I cannot see Penny out of the place either . According to what I know, the mission would last until 2024 so I don't understand why I can't see it on PS5
I believe that the advance purchase was not a requirement to access this mission. I bought the standard edition of the game on physical disc.

It should last beyond 2024, it just is no longer a PlayStation exclusive then. I think. Sounds like a bug. I don't suppose you have a save from before learning the Transformation spell just to see if it triggers a different time? Otherwise I guess you could try uninstalling the game and reinstalling but I think you might have to start from the beginning.
And / or report the bug to Hogwarts Legacy or upvote and comment on someone else's report on the same issue.
I'm sorry, I really hope someone else can suggest something better.
