Hey, I have achieved all the quests, collections, challenges... but I'm stuck at the level 39 and can't reach the level 40 (my level seems full and there's no way for me to win more xp). Do you have an idea of what I should do ? Thanks !

You can always farm xp on the arenas.
That's how I went from level 2X to 34 for the house cup.

I mean, if you complete the duel challenges (I think they're called) you get like 200 xp per arena round or so.

Well, regardless, The only way to level up is through challenges

Ugh, drives one crazy doesn't it? This is a shot in the dark but do both of the battle arenas have check marks next to them? During my playthrough I noticed that one of them I had completed and received the reward from did not have a check mark next to it on the map. The other arena did. So just for the sake of my own sanity I went back and did the arena again and it did give me the check mark. I just don't know if there was any associated exp hidden with that. Might be worth a shot though if your map doesn't show them both with a check mark.

I'm sure...seems like a bug that is still floating around. I hope there will be a work around for you soon so you can get that platinum.

sorry for the late response. That does look like a bug best to possibly see if on the anyone else.is facing the same problem
one other suggestion i could try suggest is possibly playing the game on an earlier version as in not the latest patch but again still a gamble.
The pictures though i was only expecting one to show challenges tab not all of the area progression

Did you unlock the Level 40 PS trophy like some say they did in that thread? So weird...it's an old bug but there are some pretty recent comments where others are still having the issue. So no fix for it so far it seems.
Never mind my question about the PS trophy ..I see in your pictures that it didn't pop.
