Hello, I am not quite sure if this is a bug or an issue I did, but the door to the room I need for this quest is open but the game doesn't see it? Im stuck and Im sorry if this isnt the right place to post this.

Something similar happened to me with the first trial quest as well, where I had to restart.

Im guessing you tried closing the game then restarting it
