easiest way is to contact the manufacturer... for example, I have a 6800xt from gigabyte, I messaged them and they sent me full specs on the pads, thicknesses, dimensions
but beware, some manufacturers use weird thicknesses... like mine uses 1.25mm which is impossible to buy here in EU, only in US
