hi! i preordered hogwarts legacy a while ago and was able to play it when it released for xbox one on may 5th. when i tried to play today i was getting a pop-up saying that i no longer owned hogwarts legacy! i did some research and saw that a few others were having this issue too and was wondering how i could fix it!! thx

googled your issue it seems to be a known issue by microsoft/ xbox . So at this point just wait for a fix could always send a support ticket to them and confirm it yourself

Apperently this is still not fixed. I just discovered the same issue on my end 😱😭

Happened to me too; I was doing some research and (take this with a grain of salt) Xbox is hoping to have it fixed by Monday ie tomorrow.
I’m not holding my breath though. I’m mad. Like how does this even happen?

Same thing happened to me. Pretty annoying since I was playing the game yesterday mourning but when I came home later that afternoon, I noticed the issue. No offence but I’m glad I’m not the only one experiencing this since I was worried it was exclusive to me.

No I understand; it’s comforting to know we’re all kinds going through this and it’s not just an isolated thing only affecting 1 person: because that would REALLY suck for that 1 person

I find it funny how NO ONE is talking about this. Not Xbox, not avalanche, not WB, not you tubers who regularly cover the game. Like what is going on???
