Is there any way i can still do the "mind your own business" quest after im already finished with the main story

I’m pretty sure the side quests close once you do the house cup quest. If you can go back to a save before it, it should be open

One website said it needs to be winter for the quest to show. Tbh i think thats also a problem cause u cant change Seasons🥲🥲
