Merlin's Cloak?!

Will there be more Twitch streams to obtain the Merlin's cloak? Is there a way to know when?
Played since early access, a lot of people feeling blindsided.

We don't know as of yet, for all we know there might be another opportunity in the future. No way to tell tho until they announce it if it should happen

There is a stream today but I haven't researched if it will give the merlin cloak, so maybe just check into that to see

Twitch says it's available the whole month. But only when Avalanche Software is Life streaming. So does anyone know when they're Life again?

I came to see if there was any info on this as well. I just got the game on Xbox 1 this past Monday and didn’t think about drops until then. I’d love to get a chance at the Merlin Cloak.

My guess is that the will do another drop when the game releases on Switch.

I bet five bucks they do it at the end of the Charm drops event we're in right now, would be nice, but with the Switch Launch pushed to November that's a LONG time to wait for a drop!

I came here to check on this too! I'm glad I'm no the only one having issues. I got an email on 05/08 saying that there was an Avalanche Stream to get Merlin's cloak, but there was no stream - It was on 05/05. Avalanche doesn't ever seem to stream. 😦 It says that you can get it from Avalanche or "other partnered streams" but no info on those other partners. SAD.

I wondered about that line too. It says go get it from participating streams “including Avalanche”. My reading of that is that it shouldn’t just be Avalanche, but apparently it is.

It's super confusing but you can only get the cloak from the dev stream. Whoever wrote the email negated to ensure the wording was clear. @pale kraken was the email dated 5/8 or is that when you happened to open it? How do we sign up for that email, does anyone know?

I've been manually checking every day for avalanche streams and they haven't streamed in 12 days. Bit disappointing.

@lost lodge they will announce it on their Twitter account a few days before hand. They only do dev streams every once in awhile for events, they did the one on 5/5 for the launch of the game for the consoles so I wouldn't think it's going to be again for anytime too soon. But I watch their twitter like a hawk!

When they did the live for previous gen release, other channels were also giving the drops. I haven't been back on twitch since, but I think if you go on one of the bigger channels, it'll have a pop up saying it gives drops? Or go to the drops page and it'll have a link to the channels you can watch.

It looks like the drops available on channels other than avalanche are the charms professors outfit only. From what we can see, the merlin cloak is ONLY from the avalanche stream. Shame! Makes it super exclusive for the moment

Ah ok, probably best to just turn on notifications for their channel then. I'm sure they'll do another one this month!

The last stream they did was only an hour, so I wouldn't drag your feet on joining thinking they'll be streaming all day FYI. The last stream they did on 5/5 was only and hour and a half but you only have to watch for 20 minutes to get the Merlin's Cloak drop. Good luck to you, it's a very nice cloak and well worth the time if you can catch the stream.

Agreed. Illfonic is doing at least one stream a week for the Ghostbusters Spirits Unleashed game (and associated drops).

I remember waking up in the middle of night and suddenly remembering that there was a Merlin Cloak drop stream, they did it while I was sleeping lol. I didn't remember the date & time of stream so I forgot, otherwise I would've stayed up..
