Hi there, i get yesterday my Twitch Drops for HL, in the Picture you can see that my Account is linked, where i can find them?

Thank you my Mistake was that i not linked my Twitch Account in my WB Account, this Thread can be closed. I get my Stuff ingame ❤️

I cannot find my new rewards from the recent twitch drops. How do I get them? This is what my Twitch and hogwartslegacy site show, which shows they are claimed and in my account.

it is only the Charms professor items that I am not seeing.

I'm also not seeing any of the Twitch drops. Everything is connected properly.

Thanks. However, I've gone to every link, everything is connected, etc. I'll give it until after the weekend, and open a ticket with support, if I can't figure it out. 🙂

Luckily, it's just a completionist issue and I don't intend on using the appearances

Clicking on it just tells you the name of the item and how many minutes of watching it took to earn it.

Only received the one for Merlin, which is strange, since I acquired them all in the same manner, at the same time

Yes, everything is updated and checked off on my end.

As seen in my screenshot, everything has been claimed. However, only the Merlin cloak is active on my account. I'll just put in a ticket on Monday if they haven't appeared yet.

I do appreciate your troubleshooting steps, though.

Support replied that they've manually added the items to my account. However, in-game, only the Merlin Cloak shows up. I got to 100% in my Field Guide, and haven't played since. It's not a big deal, as I'm probably finished with this game, at least for a good while. 🙂

Go to the HL website and go to the top where it says twitch drops, then follow the steps on there.

thank you for the info. However, all steps have been performed on my end. I have confirmed this multiple times, including screenshots 🙂
