I unlocked all of the Charm's Professor Outfit in Twitch, claimed them, have all of my accounts linked, restarted my game / steam / computer - but it still isn't showing up in game. I was able to get the Merlin Cloak at the same time. Has anyone found a way to get it to show up in game?

I have the same problem. I watched the Avalanche stream and then launched the game when I unlocked the Merlin cloak. It showed me in the main menu that i had unlocked the drops, just like the other drops when the game was released. I closed it, because of some RL thing and started the game again this morning and there wasn't a single reward ingame that i had claimed on Twitch, even the Merlin cloak, and the rest of the outfit wasn't in the game either. Also, the rewards are not displayed on the Warner page, like in your first picture. There's only a loading icon. Twitch and Steam account are linked with my Warner account.

They've been quick to respond but I haven't gotten it fixed yet. I'd suggest to contact them to 😔
What confused me, that are all my Twitch drops only for that game are away, even the ones from 3 months ago. I wrote a ticket too and hope they can fix it, then i did all what i can do.
Yeah, I totally get where you're coming from. I think they had such a crazy influx of people that their system just got messed up lol. I saw a few people with the constant loading screen on their hogwarts twitch rewards page. I'm sure they'll fix it ^^
Same problem for me. Merlin cloak is there, but the other stuff isn't. I am going to begin assuming that there's a system error somewhere between the users and the servers.
They could help me without any problem. I had to send them a screenshot of my twitch inventory where they could see that I had redeemed the rewards. About half an hour later, an answer came that the problem should now have been solved. I was then on the road for a few hours and when I started the game, I got the notifications in the main menu that I had received them.

I logged on today during my lunch and saw that I got the Merlin coat but nothing else from the drops is showing up. Do I need to send in a ticket and if so how do I do that?

I reinstalled the game free of mods and got them
OK, so I was able to put in a ticket and get help but the item are still not showing up so they are recommending that I uninstall the game after I remove my mods. The question is since I’ve never really done mods until this game, if I remove them will it affect my gameplay and after I uninstall and reinstall the game will my modified stuff still be there or will I have to reinstall my mods to have them?
@primal rover I did just that and worked for me. I reinstalled the game, opened my save file before installing any mods, and the items were there. I reinstalled mods now and everything is fine so far

Any chance to get a fix on the website end? I (and a few of my friends) have had the same issue from day one and the only response received - was the bug ticket (HL-13080) marked as "expired" due to the low number of votes. I haven't seen any public info about this issue so far, meanwhile, it's only 10 days left to claim rewards.
