How to get last conjuration (139/140) now that it has been patched but all chests have been opened

As the title says, how can I get the last conjuration now that the patch for this has arrived if I've already opened every chest a while ago now?

I'm missing 9 under exploration, but I have all chests for all worlds and areas and done all the butterflies and done all the vivariums so no idea where the 9 would be if I have all chests

Have you bought everything from the shop

there is a guy that sells Items for the special chamber u can decorate yourself

and for each thing you buy you get a conjuration. Idk wich shop it is tho, its in hogsmaede

From what I read, i think the devs fixed this bug, but only for Playstation. They've yet to fix the other platforms

No, because I'm still missing one. In the game there is one question mark in the conjuration list and saying 139/140 and the trophy says 602/603

I'm currently trying something that I've read on psnprofiles, but so far no luck.

"I was missing 2 conjuration chests for the collectors edition and i found a workaround for it so i thought i would share it here for people still
needing 1-4 chests
This was tested and worked 4 times.
First : Teleport to the chamber of requirements , wait till the game autosaves and reload the autosave
Second : Talk to Deek and change the room ambience.
Third : Now u need to go in each vivarium again and check every chest again , 1 of the 12 chests ( across all vivariums , not 1 chest per
vivarium ) will have respawned , u have to locate wich one , its always different.
If u looted the chest teleport out of hogwarts and u can repeat.
Hope this helps some guys get the collectors edition trophy."

I followed the butterflies found a wiki for the butterflies double checked and I'm still missing one the vivariums are done my map is 100%
