From left to right, the beasts are 0-9. You'll need to add the numbers/beasts to the number in the middle. Each question mark is one of the beasts, that'll be the final number you get. There should be some interactions with a question mark or two question marks nearby. Those will need to be changed to what you get for the question marks on the door. Once you've done that, go back to the door and you can unlock it

To add to what was said above, do take note that ? will always roll even numbers starting from 0. Whereas ?? will always roll odd numbers starting from 1
