Moving game to another HDD

I need space on my SSD and want to move the game to the other partition.
Would I lose my savefile if I moved the game to other drive?
I use steam, I think it syncs to cloud?

It have cloud save I bvelieve, so it wouldn't be a problem.

And where would I find the savefile itself so I can back it up?
