How can I reduce this brightness?

How do i reduce this brightness? Its always around at a certain time in game that my screen always looks like this. Its waay to bright. I have my settings on medium

I got that while playing and I just had to save/reload the save to make it disappear on PS5. This game always need to be reloaded every ~4 hours for me.

I had this with RT turned on, just turning off RT reflections fixed this for me

Though it was fine most of the time, just when entering a bright area my game might have done this
