I got stuck on a edge and my character was glitching so I restarted my game and now whenever I load it up I'm stuck in the ground here and my screen is frozen, can't go into menu or input anything.

Had this happen to me with a barrel, unfortunately you will have to go back to your last manual save. Make sure to check the time stamps as alt+f4 forces a quick save for the game. When you select your character file, make sure to hit "F" to load a selected save file. You should be good from there. I do hope this helps.

Oh that does super suck, Okay you can try checking the auto saves.Just look for any that are around 30 minutes away from the time stamps that are most recent.
