Dont think so i havent had that in other games and its with every texture.
Normally it loads in 1 time and stays like that

Yeah me too and i just bought the game, my setup also isnt bad so it cant be that my pc isnt good enough to play that kind of game

And also why do the ray tracing reflections look so bad…
