Species Limit?

There's a Species Limit of 4 for beasts inside each Vivaruim why and do I increase it?

You can’t, you can only have 4 different species in each vivarium.

Can you explain why? Why do I have 8 Beast in one Vivarium and and 7 in the other? @lilac girder

Because you can only have 4 different species. You can have as many beasts as you can fit but only if they’re part of the sane species as whatever 4 you have.

So you could have Fwoopers, Thestrals, Jobberknolls and Hippogriffs. All in the same vivarium, and fill to capacity but only with those 4 species, if you wanted to have a different species then you’d have to remove one first.

So if you instead wanted Niffler, you’d have to get rid of all the beasts of the same species (Jobberknolls as an example) in order to have the species Soave for Nifflers

Where is the Species indicated on each Beast? Is Unicorn and Puffkin the same Species?

Each beast type is a different species.

Nifflers
Puffskiens
Unicorns
Hippogriffs
Graphorns
Thestrals
Jobberknolls
Fwoopers
Mooncalves
Purple Toads
Kneazles
Diracawls

And one other species you only get 1 of

Each of these different beasts are a different species
