The location for each exploration conjuration chest is the same, it's just which one is in it that's different. Have you gone through all vivariums as well?

Yes, I asked someone in main chat about it and they replied back saying dungeons & butterflies, I didn't realise most of the butter flies don't appear on the map, I'm currently going back through the butterflies hoping they fill the missing spots..
