I am missing 1 conjuration from the exploration group. I've followed multiple guides and gone to all 15 butterfly locations at least 3 times and I'm still unable to find any that I've missed. It's the very last thing I need before I 100% the game.
I do remember right around the time I got the Follow the Butterflies quest, I ran into some butterflies and either not realizing I needed to follow them or being to busy to do it at the time I remember leaving without following them. Did leaving them without finding the chest mean that its gone forever?

PC version can be gathered without problem, but I heard PS5 have a well-known issue that last conjuration don't count even if you have collected them all or something.

I'm having this issue on PC. I've gotten every collection chest, including the 12 in the vivarium's, finished every side quest, everything aside from my OWLS and I'm still missing the last conjuration.

Perhaps you missed a butterfly or one of the chest in a dungeon.
