Texture issues

So since the patch I'm having some really bad texture issues. I've searched google and tried many of the "fixes" but none of them seem to work for me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and graphics drivers and still nothing fixes it. Its unplayable at this point.

They f**** the game trying to copy ascendio's fixes, but failed to do so and made the game run even worse
