Ever since I got the game I have loved and hated it. No matter what settings or fixes I try I can't manage a steady 60 fps 1080P in hogwarts or any other town. I have an MSI 12GB 3060 and a Ryzen 5 3600, 16gb 3200Mhz RAM which I've seen people recommend having more but my ram never maxes out while playing. & website says only 16 is recommended. I've tried the stutter mod fixes, exploit protection fix, absolutely everything I've found via online and nothing helps. From low-ultra quality I get nearly the same performance cpu and gpu usage never go above 70% fps capped or not, 3 different monitors HDR or without. Different Hz and every fix I tried I've reversed the actions of previous fix where needed.
