Where is and Whats the best Farming for Gold to Grind for hours to maximize resources?

how much gold do you need? cuz ive just been clearing bandit camps and looting the eye-chests and if you just sell all the unnececary gear you find you get heaps of gold

When you say invisible do you mean using Disillusionment or a Invisibility Potion? @visual dagger
