Is there a way to get all the curse spell early at least a mid point?

You mean the Unforgivable Curses? You can only get them through Sebastian’s relationship Questline. Which in turn only progresses in certain points after you progress in the main quests

Yes I heard that they can be accessed early by making certain decisions. I believe it was back when Sabastion first taught Confringo when he asks you to do something that sounds dangerous then when u leave the Undercroft Omnious shows up and asked why u were down there. @vestal crypt

You can’t learn the Unforgivables early.
Your dialogue choices don’t really change anything beyond maybe a additional line referencing it. You still only learn them during Sebastian’s Questline. You can’t learn them earlier than that.

you jst have to play the game and you will learn them fast but only avada kedavra will come at the end of the normal story

So After Sabastion teaches you Confringo u never see Sabastion or Onimus again and that relationship doesn't develop until much later on and there's no hacks or cheats around it?
