so i saw a post by one of you guys that said this,
NVIDIA Control panel tweaks:
I'm doing it for NVIDIA cause all three of my machines have NVIDIA graphics, but there might be some equivalent settings in the AMD control panel as well.
Open the control panel, click on "Manage 3D Settings" and change the following options:
DSR Factor: OFF (if it is not off, click on it and uncheck all the boxes inside)
Low Latency Mode: ON
Power Management Mode: 'Prefer Maximum Performance'
Shader Cache Size: 'Unlimited'

now that i've done that, it lags my game and my computer, i need help on how to fix it. i did everything but change the shader cache size. that was supposed to make it so it optimized my computer fo gaming but i don't think it did that

i know that, but i'm unsure which thing you check after you go to processes or how to tell what yo ram is

RAM is shown as memory

So you can see I have 32gb (31.9 usable)

#

check yours

oh, i didn't know that, it's roughly 13.4/15.9 gb

Cause that means that 13.4 gb ram is being used and you have 16gb

Does it look like video lag? like where it freezes for a couple seconds when casting or turning your character fast?

Have you tried installing your NVIDIA drivers manually instead of letting GeForce Experience do it? This solution fixed it for me. It was a fix I had found in the Steam discussions for HWL

hey @queen scroll! could you please share the Steam discussion page, if you have it handy? I have the same lag where video freezes on every turn, move, cast, etc. The sound and action goes on, but the video is just frozen
It started happening right after I updated GeForce driver to a new one (that came out on 02/28), so I assumed it could be the reason, I went ahead and downloaded previous version of driver from Nvidia website, clean installed it, but it didn't help at all...
