#collections achievement

So I just collected every item in the game for the collections and I never got my achievement I even hard reset and reloaded the game but still haven’t received it

@craggy fieldHave you completed the main story quest in it's entirety? Mine was stuck on 602/603 (very annoying) but it finally popped and registered as complete shortly after completing the House Cup Quest.
