I beat the game already, but now I’m realizing that I never was able to finish the quest lines for Natty or Poppy. My time of day also seems to be frozen and I am unable to wait. I am too far in to load an old save. Any advice here?

I finished their story lines after I finished the main story! Have you tried manually changing the time of day? Though i don’t think time of day has to do with those quests, doesn’t hurt to try!

I am unfortunately unable to change the time as the option is no longer available from the map.

that options is not available only when you have certain active quest. Or at least the game thinks that you do. Try restarting or loading a specific save. or maybe just fly around for couple in-game days and it should get fixed

So I only have two active quests, neither of which I can complete since they require night time. However, the time isn’t moving at all. It’s stuck at evening. Hasn’t changed in over a week.
