HELP: I am doing the Puzzle in the Troll Lair south of Feldcroft. The puzzle that includes blocks with arrows on them. I am matching the blocks that I can move to the blocks on the other wall. When I insert them, they kick themselves out and the secret door doesn't open.

Upper left Arrow Block points up, upper right arrow block points right. They get pulled in (game auto places them) but then kicks them out (like it doesn't accept the answer). I have tried every combination and every direction isn't accepted.
Is there a prerequisite that I am missing? or am I doing something incorrect? Youtube videos show I am doing it correctly.
