Hi.
I have "The sky is the limit" quest, When I received it, I went there but did not started it. I went to hogsmeade to sell gear. Now I have the quest but no option to locate it on map, even if I go there again, there is nothing there.
The quest only says: Speak with Imelda Reyes.
Is that a bug or am I missing something?

It's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down south. Southmost point on the map.
Go to the floo flame farthest south and go a little southeast of that. You'll see the broomstick racing spot on the beach.
(assuming this is your third broom race? I don't remember if all broom race quests have the same name)
