Twitch drops and deluxe edition pack not working. Please help!

I have a question. So I successfully connected my wb account with the game. I claimed all my online rewards and even the merlin’s cloak from Twitch but I cannot find it in my game even though I refresh it. Aside from that, I bought the deluxe edition and Im supposed to get the hippogriff mount but I dont see it in my game, I got no clue why. Please help.

you do know that you have to progress through the game to unlock the mount, right? And the skins you get are from drops are in the change appearance option and not the inventory to equip

You need to go to the hogwarts legacy website and claim it from there under twitch too! They’ll be found in gear under collections

The onyx hippogriff was a preorder bonus u only get it if u preordered and for twitch rewards u also have the claim them on the wb website besides twitch

I did preordered but I still dont get it. I have also claimed the twitch reward, should be in the appearance section right?

Just continue the main story and u will see it eventually

As for twitch drops double check u completed every step and if u still don’t get it then contact support

No no you need to also claim it in hl website. Then it will appear in-game.
