Can't open portrait door with the hinge above it, from the Arthur Plummley quest

The painting with the handle above it, I cannot interact with it after completing the quest. I did not have levioso at the time, so the statue inside holds a field page, but now I cannot open it and thus cannot get to the statue, is that a bug? Am I missing something?

Used accio, at the portrait, the little thing above it. I've completed the quest itself a while ago, but I didn't have levioso at the time, so the statue in there remains untouched and has a field page guide. But now I can't enter again, the door won't appear.

Try depulso. I know of one portrait in hogwarts that is more like a button that you have to push with Depulso @leaden spindle

That also doesn't work. The revelio spell also doesn't see it as interactable. Once the quest is complete, it seems one cannot return

Yes, it is. It still sort of moves based on your position.

I really hope that that is a bug, because they put a field page in that room. Which I couldn't get at the time.

Are you aiming for the collectors edition achievement? Or just want to 100% even the field guide?

Honestly, at this point, I'd just like to know if it's a bug, or intended, and if it's a bug, I'll happily continue and return later. If it's intended, I hope this is the only one or I'll have to absolutely have to restart and b-line all the unlock quests, rather then do them organically.

Hi. I just wanted to tell you that the levioso statue is NOT inside this portrait. I am levelling an alt and just completed this quest. Inside the portrait there’s only a chest with the quest reward, nothing else.

So I guess the levioso statue is somewhere else that just happens to be behind the small portrait room.
