no they don't. Even the dialogs for killing loyalist remains same - like "you have on less follower ranrok" or something like that.

I mean you can technically still follow someones ideals

The ending cutscenes lampshade that concept by indicating that 'there'll still be some people out there trying to fight for the ideals'
