Hippogriff unconscious

Hello, i have a problem. Im doing a Hippogriff quest with Natty. I arrived to the roof and i see Highwing and other Hippogriff tied down and unconscious on the floor. Now, i watched some of the videos and i see in them Highwing should be awake and im supposed to get some animation??? I didnt get that and now im stuck, what am i doing wrong? Thanks #highkeep

If you walk into that area does the cutscene start? Because I think this happened to me, but when the cutscene started everything was fine
