is it posible to obtain or learn avada kedavra after having declined to learn it in the mission with sebastian? if not, does this have an impact or achivements or 100% completion?

Yup you can ask him again to learn all three just dont ‘turn him in’. The 3 curses isn’t needed for the spell trophy (on playstation) not sure if it’s the same with other console/pc

Just a observation, if you sent him to Azbakan and choose not to learn the Avada when you got the opportunity, you aren’t able to get anymore since there’s no Sebastian to interact/learn
